For couples who want to surprise and delight, we offer a full-service floral experience that goes beyond expectations.

In collaboration with your planner and vendor team, we craft a one-of-a-kind floral vision that feels intentional, personal, and beyond imagination. From artful bouquets and personal florals to detailed tablescapes and dramatic large-scale installations, we thoughtfully design every detail. With expert execution and a seamless process, we ensure your wedding florals are more than just beautiful; they’re unforgettable.

Our full-service experience includes:

  • Consultation call with planner and/or client 

  • Followup price estimate for review 

  • Date reserved via contract and deposit 

  • Custom design proposal containing palette, inspiration, ingredients, and renderings

  • Ongoing collaboration with client and vendors 

  • Optional venue site visit with planner 

  • Optional tablescape mockup 

  • Design meeting and order review (60 days prior)

  • Final order adjustments, confirmation, and payment (30 days prior)

Each season, we also design florals for a limited number of intimate celebrations, including elopements, soirées, private dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, and other milestone events. We begin by getting to know you and your vision. Through a phone call or video conference, we’ll listen closely to your design preferences, style, and goals for the event.

Step 2

Floral Concept Development

After our consultation, we’ll send you a custom floral design proposal. Your first look at how we can bring your ideas to life.

Step 3

It’s Official

Once you’ve approved the proposal, we’ll confirm your booking with a deposit and signed contract. With that, the magic is set in motion.

Step 4

Sourcing & Planning

Next, we’ll curate a comprehensive design deck, complete with digital renderings and product recommendations. We'll source the best materials to bring your vision to life and keep you updated throughout the planning. If needed, we’ll coordinate a mockup or site visit. Flexibility is key — we’ll adapt as your vision evolves.

Step 5

Delivery & Installation

On the day of your event, our expert team will arrive on-site to install your florals with precision and care. We work seamlessly alongside your vendors to ensure a flawless setup, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Step 6

Post-Event Breakdown

After your event, we’ll take care of everything — the cleanup and removal of all floral design elements. We ensure your venue is left spotless, while you and your guests bask worry-free in the glow of the celebration.

We’ll help refine and elevate your ideas, curate a design that feels uniquely yours, and guide you through every step of the process — whether you prefer a more hands-on or relaxed approach. We’ll handle all the details, so your only job is to sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.

  • We prioritize sourcing from small local flower farms and grower collectives to ensure the freshest, most unique seasonal blooms, in support of sustainable floristry. We also take advantage of the San Francisco Flower Market (one of the largest wholesale flower markets in the U.S.) for additional variety. We even forage for special seasonal ingredients to enhance our designs when the occasion calls for it.

  • Yes. We offer a curated selection of tablescape items, including vessels, vases, styling props, and candles to complement your floral design. We also work with trusted specialty rental companies to source larger installation items (such as arches, chuppahs, etc.) on your behalf. If you need a specific item we don’t carry, we’re happy to source it for you from a trusted partner, and we’ll discuss any additional sourcing fees upfront. We always strive to accommodate your vision.

  • Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We focus on sourcing from local, fair-wage, and pesticide-free growers. We also use reusable mechanics and alternatives to toxic, single-use floral foam. Our designs are low-waste but high-impact, and we maintain strict composting standards. We extend our sustainable practices across all aspects of the business to ensure your floral experience is as environmentally conscious as it is beautiful.

  • Absolutely. We understand that plans evolve. You can make changes to your order up until 30 days before your event to ensure we can meet your needs seamlessly. Any changes will be confirmed via email for accuracy, and we’ll check in with you throughout the process to review all the details.

  • Yes. We offer an optional mockup service to show you your planned table florals at your rental showroom or venue. The mockup is designed to ensure we’re aligned on palette, size, essence, and aesthetic. Think of floral artists like chefs — we work only with the highest quality, in-season ingredients. So if a mockup is held in a different season than your wedding, we will use alternative yet similar blooms.

  • Never. We limit the number of events we take on each year in order to create from a place of inspiration and provide each client with a tailored, luxury experience. This allows us to give you our full attention and a high-touch, seamless service.

  • Absolutely. We love providing this service as part of our sustainability efforts. We’ll assess the setup and make specific recommendations for how best to repurpose flowers, discussing all options with you in detail to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Yes, our team handles the cleanup and removal of all floral elements, including rental items, according to your venue’s timeline. If you’d like to offer your florals as take-home gifts for guests, please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure everything goes smoothly.

  • We’d LOVE the opportunity to design florals for your other events. It’s a great way to create a cohesive aesthetic experience for you and your guests. Let us know your needs, and we’ll work with you to develop a plan for your other events.

    Investment amounts will vary depending on your vision and guest count. A general guideline is to allocate 10-15% of your total wedding budget to florals. Our full-service clients typically invest between $20-45K in florals.

  • We keep it easy. Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a deposit invoice ($1,250 that gets credited to your total balance) and a service agreement. Both can be easily completed online in just a few clicks. After that, we’ll provide a personalized roadmap for your floral journey, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to the big day.
